Once your return is received, the item(s) will be inspected for defects or damage. Returned items must be in good, sellable condition to qualify for a refund.
A refund will be issued in the amount of the returned (items) in the original form of payment to the original customer within 3-4 business days, less shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You will be notified via email when your refund is processed.

Once your email has been received, we will work with you to get a replacement item ASAP. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace your item(s) without photo documenting the wrong, damaged or defective product. Please do not throw away your wrong, damaged, or defective item without first notifying us. After evaluating your incorrect, damaged or defective product, we will ship a replacement item.
